PELLOWAH WORKSHOPS (a weekend course)

Level 1 and Level 2 are held over one weekend. They are usually done as a complete unit. Unlike Reiki which does need a gap of two months between completing Levels 1 and 2, Pellowah benefits from doing both concurrently as what you learn on day one carries over into day two.

There are similarities in the teaching of both Reiki and Pellowah. We start in Level 1 by talking about what Pellowah is and does and how it differs from Reiki and other energy work. Pellowah is a more recent channelling of Divine Source energy. It is most important to understand that Divine Source is Divine Source … same energy … but as it was channelled to the founder, Kachina Ma’an, in a time of higher vibrational frequency (2003) compared to the channelling of Reiki to Dr Usui in 1920, the energy behaves differently. Same energy … different behaviours … different uses.

I make this point because the claim that Pellowah is the “purest form of energy available to us at the moment” is oftentimes misconstrued to mean that it is better than what has gone before. Kachina Ma’an has made it very clear that this is not the case. But when we talk about it in the workshop, you will understand what we mean by “purest”. The purity of this energy makes it subtle and also fragile. Therefore, in a Pellowah workshop … although laughter and joy is a large component of any work done with Spirit … there will be times of silence and focus which must be maintained.

There are a series of attunements, practice with hands on healings and distance healings. Level 2 will involve symbol work, more meditations, more attunements and an introduction to the Merkabah (which then can lead to discussion of Kabbalah if the group so wishes). There will be lots to cover. Classes again are deliberately kept small so there is plenty of time for discussion in a relaxed environment.

ALTHOUGH PELLOWAH IS A GREAT HEALING TECHNIQUE, ITS PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO INCREASE YOUR AWARENESS. It does this by raising your vibrational frequency. The name means “radical shift in consciousness” and this is how I feel it within myself and in my work. I also like to call it a “decluttering process”. After Pellowah workshops, participants will actually feel as if the little things in life no longer hold power. A shift in perspective occurs. And this shift then helps the person move on to other spiritual pathways much easier … if that is the direction they wish to take.

In my personal experience … Pellowah training helps Reiki. How so? Reiki often stirs up emotions that need to be dealt with and sometimes this can seem overwhelming and also time consuming. Pellowah tends to make the participant the observer of these emotions, something like watching all your emotional baggage float by on a river, or perhaps watching a movie. With such distancing, an objectivity can be achieved. Then when you learn or use Reiki, your Reiki can move you forward much faster because as Reiki stirs the emotional pot, instead of being caught up in the web of emotion, you can “just observe” … “just acknowledge” … and it is much easier to move forward from this standpoint. Hey ... this is my personal experience - but it comes from having done Pellowah first. There are others who say that they feel they benefit more from Pellowah after having done Reiki.

You know what? It's great to have BOTH healing modalities in your toolbox! It is a beautiful thing to both give and receive Pellowah attunements while sitting at sacred sites around the world.

Although Pellowah is only recent, it has already travelled around the world with people teaching in NZ, USA, Canada, UK and Europe.

INVESTMENT FOR THE WEEKEND IS $450. This includes registration as a Pellowah practitioner with Kachina Ma’an, certification and workbooks, a light lunch and snacks.

REIKI LEVEL 1 COURSE (a weekend course)

This is where it all begins! Your “reawakening” to hands on healing. I say “reawakening” because we have probably all been able to do this since time began …. But somehow along the way we have simply forgotten. This course will “turn the switch back on” for all of you. YES ALL OF YOU. It is common to think “can I really do this?” The answer of course is that absolutely you can.

The Level 1 course will talk about Reiki and its history/lineage. This is an important component of the course. It will then introduce you to meditations and chakra centres and the parts of the body which will take on more energy. You will receive four attunements by me during the weekend and it is these attunements which will turn on that Reiki switch. Attunements are ways by which I transfer energies to you.

After receiving your first attunement, you will start doing “self reiki”. So you will practice placing your hands on your chakra centres and feeling the energy flow. After this you will learn how to give reiki to each other.

My courses are deliberately kept small in number. Usually only four people. This way there is plenty of time for discussion. The attunement process will also be greatly shortened and this allows for an extra attunement, as well as time to spend learning other skills.

INVESTMENT IS $320. This includes certification with lineage, workbooks, and snacks. It also includes a 21 day e-course for your continuing Reiki practice.

REIKI LEVEL 2 COURSE (a weekend course)

The Level 2 course is where Reiki really comes together. DO NOT LET ANYONE TALK YOU OUT OF DOING REIKI 2! This is the interesting stuff! It is my personal favourite. It builds firmly on the skills you learned in Reiki 1. It involves symbol work, chanting, meditations and learning how to use Reiki as a daily practice. Distance healing is also covered. After completing Level 2, you are ready to become a qualified practitioner.

Reiki Level 2 is also an excellent way for people to reacquaint themselves with Reiki which they may have learned many years ago but have since forgotten. No need to go back to square 1. Come and join a Reiki 2 workshop.

Usually a minimum of two months is required between Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. This is to allow the newly awakened energies strengthen within you before proceeding further. Often people are impatient and after a first taste it is only natural that they want more … but patience and practice is the name of the game here. No need to be impatient with Reiki.

LEARNING KABBALH ... THE TREE OF LIFE ... AND THE BASICS OF ASTROLOGY AND TAROT

NOTE: I have postponed this class until my return from overseas ... but it WILL be starting in July.

This will commence on Thursdays at either 7.30pm or 8.30pm in 8 week terms in 2012. I am adding this in response to requests from clients who come to me privately for an introduction into the power of chanting, meditation and the Kabbalah. We will explore different chants and different meditations and we will be learning Hewbrew letters! Added to this will be some basic astrology and tarot. This course is meant to give you the building blocks to construct the Tree of Life.

Kabbalah is such a powerful tool for understanding your life path and learning to manifest. We westerners have looked to the "east" for their philosophical teachings when actually we have our very own western esoteric system which can be traced beyond Hebrew times.

So this course of two terms at least will give you the basics. It it the necessary prequisite to the Advanced Kabbalah pathworking classes I facilitate.

Cost will be $25.00 per session. Unlike Advanced Kabbalah, beginners group does NOT require a regular commitment.
