CONSULTATIONS

Feel free to contact me via phone or e-mail with your questions or concerns.  There are different ways we can approach consultations.  Some people prefer face-to-face.  Sometimes people feel more comfortable with a written report only.  At the end of the day this is all about YOU and what feels comfortable for you.  Please refer to the FAQ page for more information, if needed.  I also consult via the phone.

People consult astrologers for different reasons.  Some people feel stuck in their life and would like a little help understanding what their blockages might be.  Others would just like a basic chart analysis for interest’s sake.  Still others are interested in astrology, they wonder how it can really help them but have no idea where to start.  For this reason, there are a number of different consultation options as listed below.  This is by no means an exhaustive list.  Options can be tailored to suit you and you are welcome to discuss this with me. 

ASTROLOGY

Standard Consultations:   $100.00

A two hour consultation to discuss your natal chart and the energies surrounding you at the current time.  During our time together you can raise any particular issues which may be concerning you.  I use a combination of astrology, symbology, tarot and kabbalah in my work.   These are all used in conjunction to help you "engage" with your chart and understand your life purpose.

A spiral bound written chart analysis will be provided FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $50.  This report will contain most of the information you need to know about your chart.  It will be something that you can linger over, reading and rereading, taking your time to think about the information, to let it sink in, to return to again and again.

Additional Consultations:   $60.00

To help clarify anything in the written report or from our original consultation or to raise something you had forgotten about previously. Some people like to come regularly to work on issues, to check the energies, sometimes we will do a meditation or visualisation as part of the experience.  Expect to spend an hour with me and you will receive a one page written summary.

Annual Consultations:  $100.00

Once the natal chart has been done and understood, often people would like readings to see what energies are affecting them in the following year.  Often these readings coincide with your birthday, as birthday charts can be done to show where the emphasis of energies will be in the coming year.  These sessions are excellent for goal setting or to help clarify any issues that are affecting you at the current time.  If you can learn to work with the astrological forces rather than being pushed around by them, you will find that life will start to unfold in a much smoother fashion.  A short written report will be sent.  Expect to spend 90 minutes with me for this one.

I do not do these consultations unless you have a good understanding of your natal chart, either from me, your own study, or from any other astrologer. 

Relationship Charts:   $150.00

This involves an interpretation of the charts of two individuals to assess areas of compatibility, to understand differences, to be alert to potential pitfalls before they arise.  Rather than wonder why your partner, friend or family member doesn’t see things in quite the same way as you do, find out how each party communicates, how they think, how they feel, how they act, how they react.  I find relationship astrology so very useful in family dynamics, in couples counselling, in understanding your friends.  A written report will be provided.  Expect to spend two hours with me. 

Children’s Charts:  $65.00

New parents often ask whether it is worthwhile to have a chart report for their new baby.  The answer is ... absolutely.   Children’s charts are approached differently to adults.  Their little lives are yet to be formed.  Charts for babies and young children will therefore reflect the potential for the child.  These charts are enormously helpful in understanding the nature of the child and their learning inclinations and communication style.  You will be given a written chart analysis.  This will be nicely bound.  These charts make lovely presents for newborn babies.

More extensive Children's Charts:  $150.00

 For parents who want to spend time with me discussing their child's chart and how best to help them on their journey through life, you can expect to spend 90 minutes with me to talk about all sorts of issues, including how best to relate to your child.  We all communicate and learn differently and it is very helpful to know how to keep those lines of communication open, especially during the teenage years.  As a mother of two children aged 18 and 23, I greatly understand how astrology can help in understanding our children.

Written Reports Only:  $80.00

Some people are nervous about speaking candidly with an astrologer, or someone they don’t know.  I understand that.   Perhaps you are on a budget, or maybe you just want a copy of your natal chart and report for interest only.  A written and illustrated Solar Writer report, nicely bound, is a perfect option. This will contain a written personal summary by me.  Not only is this a good start into astrology, these reports also make great presents for friends and family. 

ASTROLOGY WORKSHOPS

Want to know more about astrology?  It is my greatest joy to teach others what I have learned of this ancient discipline.  Astrology was used by different cultures in different times for different purposes.  My interest in and knowledge of astrology extends throughout 5,000 years of written history.  I have also studied astronomy at university level and lectured in astrology at Melbourne University.  Full day workshops are good for beginners wanting to know more about astrology and to gain a sense of how to begin reading their own chart.   Each participant will be given a copy of their chart and a brief summary.

WORKSHOPS can be held over one day or two days.  COST:  $80 for full day ... $150 for weekend.

ASTROLOGY TUTORING

Are you currently commencing your study of astrology via correspondence and having difficulty with assignments or gaining timely feedback?  I can provide one-on-one tutoring to help you over any rough spots.  $25.00 per hour.

HEALINGS

REIKI HEALINGS:  $60.00 (60 minutes)

Reiki works on the energy centres, or chakras, bringing body and mind into an even balance. It encourages self-healing, strengthens body and soul, opens blockages, balances the chakras and rebuilds harmony. It is a very relaxing form of healing. 

REIKI LEVEL 1 WEEKEND WORKSHOP:   $320.00

A full weekend workshop which will enable you to practice Reiki on yourself and others.  Full Reiki lineage is supplied along with workbook .

REIKI LEVEL 2 WEEKEND WORKSHOP:  $350.00

A full weekend workshop which will take your Reiki to new levels.  It involves meditations, mantras and symbols.  After completion of Reiki II, you will be able to be a practitioner.  Full Reiki lineage is supplied along with workbook and a 21 day e-course.

PELLOWAH HEALINGS   $60.00  (60 minutes)

Pellowah is a simple, powerful and effective way to bring positive change into your life.  You experience a new perspective, an attitudinal shift, allowing you to make higher and better choices.  Pellowah is great for working on blockages in your life.

ARBAH HEALINGS     $50.00

Useful for depression, anxiety, panic attacks, fears and deeply embedded patterns, severe and chronic illnesses.  It is good, but not necessary, to follow this with a Pellowah healing.

PAST LIFE ASSIMILATION    $50.00

Accesses emotions from a previous life which may be holding you back.  Excellent for releasing those emotional blockages.  It is often good to follow this with a Pellowah healing.  

PELLOWAH WORKSHOPS LEVEL 1 AND 2 (full weekend):  $500.00  

Pellowah workshops give you the skills to become a practitioner, but more importantly they increase your awareness via a series of attunements (energy transference) by me which will make you feel more empowered and centred.  We also work with symbols and once attuned to these symbols you can call them up at times in your life when you may feel the need for a particular energy. During the workshop you will receive the equivalent of 100 Pellowah healings.  Most people doing the workshop do so for their own spiritual development, not necessarily to practice healing.

Registration with the founder of Pellowah, Kachina Ma'an, and certification included, along with workbooks and light lunch and snacks.

PELLOWAH ATTUNEMENTS:  $25.00  

Once you have been attuned in a Pellowah workshop, you can have a series of repeat attunements, rather than a 50 minute healing.  The attunements take 10 minutes and include a small meditation.  Again these attunements give you the benefit of 100 healings.  Some people come regularly each month for attunements, others may come yearly ... it is at your discretion.
